Sr. HR & Admin officer (#:35)

Responsibilities:

    HR Functions
  • Manage hiring procedures and Create personal files for new employees containing employees documents and info on our MenaPAY system and participate in the employee selection process and give necessary guidance.
  • Conduct new employee induction and inform them about the company policies, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions …etc
  • Organize employee files on the MenaPAY system.
  • Process paperwork for new employees and make them sign our NDA.
  • Monitoring the employees’ attendance and send daily lateness report for the CEO.
  • Participate in maintain and update human resources documents, organizational charts, Polices, procedures, employee handbook or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Analyze yearly staff performance evaluations and provide needed recommendations.
  • Communicate and advise on HR policies, procedures, laws and regulations to employees.
  • Manage and follow up with the Health insurance Company to add new employees or cancel the resigned and to solve employees’ problems with insurance coverage network.
  • Coordinate with departments to evaluate the training requirements of the employees and conduct training needs analysis.
  • Assist and counsel employees on work related problems or inquiries.
  • Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
  • Working on company events, employees’ issues and management reports.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day HR management activities to ensure standards are followed.
  • Supervise the end of service procedure.
  • Coordinate with the company legal advisor on issues and cases related to employees as necessary.
  • Send mass email (announcements, notifications, events, Condolence, holidays…etc )

    Administrative Functions

  • Confirm the travel booking for employees’ trip; follow up their expenses needs as per our policies and procedures.
  • Assigns work, provides direction to admin staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed.
  • Ensures effective and appropriate Admin staff coverage.
  • Manage, orient evaluate and train admin staff.
  • Ensures that all requested issues from the other departments are produced in a timely manner.
  • Managing third-party relationship & yearly maintenance contracts including company offices insurance, rentals and procurements of office suppliers…etc.
