Al Bassam Group adopts MenaITech human resources solutions

Dammam- Amman — Al Bassam Group announced the adoption of “MenaITech” Human Resources and business solutions. The announcement was made at a ceremony organized recently by the group that also included a training session on the different systems that the employees will use.

In a statement issued by the group, it said that the ceremony was attended by the Chairman Assistant Rand Salah Al Bassam and Ala’a Nassar, MenaITech KSA General Manager.

MenaITech trained Al Bassam employees on using its different systems through specialized sessions, where MenaITech’s consultant on the application of human resources systems spoke about the advantages of using the systems and how to deal with them.
Certificates were distributed on the trainees, and Al Bassam Chairman Assistant honored participants in the training.

Employees were also trained, in accordance to their specialties and jurisdictions on MenaITech systems that include Mena HR, MenaPay and MenaME.

In this regard, Rand Al Bassam said: “Our interest in our employees comes out from the belief in human resources and this is the reason behind what we are planning to in developing all aspects of life”.

She added that thus the group was looking into many tools that would facilitate and organize work procedures for both employees and managers in the group, and provide them with the opportunity to take part in the human resources operations to save time and effort and to achieve the desired goals.

In this regard, Rand Al Bassam said the selection of MenaITech solution for human resources came after a prolonged study to several companies working in the same field.
