MenaITech signs partnership agreement to support the Jordan Air Ambulance Centre (JAAC)

AMMAN— MenaITech, the Jordanian company specialised in the development and provisioning of human capital information systems, signed a partnership agreement with the Jordan Air Ambulance Centre (JAAC).
The agreement signed by Bashar Hawamdeh, MenaITech CEO and Rami Adwan, JAAC executive president seeks to support the JAAC activities and falls in line with MenaITech corporate social responsibility.
Under the agreement, MenaITech will cover the cost for transporting some underprivileged patients living in remote areas and cities to receive medication in medical centres in Amman.
“This agreement is in implementation of the company’s corporate social responsibility. The JAAC will be supported in different means,” said Hawamdeh, who stressed the importance of the centre’s that is considered one of the first air ambulance centres in the Arab region.
He also noted that MeanITech supports entrepreneurial initiatives, and the JAAC is considered one of these initiatives.
The JAAC was launched as part of a royal initiative to provide specialised rescue services, air ambulance and transport the injured persons from the remote areas to hospitals and medical centres.
For his part, Adwan who voiced appreciation for MenaITech’s support, noted that direct or indirect support to the centre contributes to saving lives of patients and injured persons.
He added that His Majesty King Abdullah provided the centre with two helicopters equipped with state-of-the-art intensive medical facilities needed to rescue patients and injured persons to transfer them to hospitals in the shortest possible time, an issue that would enforce the Jordanian health sector’s competitiveness.
It is noteworthy that MenaITech has developed special human resources management systems that include various systems which are available to companies either directly or through a special cloud computing platform. These products include the human resources information management system, the payroll and personnel solution, the employee & manager self service solution.
