MenaITech Showcases Latest Systems During Ajman Markets Cooperative Society Visit to their Amman Headquarters

Amman — MenaITech, the regional provider of human resources management systems and talent management solutions, reaffirmed the importance of its strategic cooperation with Ajman Markets Cooperative Society and building upon it for the future. 

Ajman Markets is considered one of MenaITech’s biggest wholesale retailer client in the region. 

The two companies agreed on a cooperation agreement during the HR Manager of Ajman Markets Mr. Muhammad Al Rawashdeh’s visit to MenaITech’s Headquarters in Amman where he met with the Head of Operations at MenaITech, Mrs. Ronza Masarweh who presented the company’s latest HR solutions on the regional level.

Rawashdeh conveyed the appreciation of Ajman Markets’ Chairman, HE Sheik Muhammad Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi and their CEO, Mr. Sami Dimiati.

Rawashdeh reaffirmed the importance of the strategic cooperation between Ajman Markets Cooperative Society and MenaITech which has helped the company benefit from MenaITech’s solutions to achieve organizational effectiveness, reduce costs, increases employees’ capabilities and increase the efficiency of communicating with the HR department. 

He said that the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society was able to, through MenaITech’s solutions, implement performance management systems and career path planning for employees in a user-friendly and simple manner, especially when it came to inputting employee information while ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labor laws and regulations. 

Masarweh added that MenaITech works with companies and organizations across all economic sectors and develops HR management systems to serve them. She reaffirmed the importance of working with Ajman Markets Cooperative Society and building on the relationship for future growth.
