- To conduct general and detailed demonstrations of the product during the sales cycle
- To conduct functional workshops for prospects during the sales cycle
- To answer RFP’s and tenders for prospects
- To answer functional queries by the prospects via phone calls, meetings or emails
- To implement local projects in order to stay updated with the product
- Understands the business processes involved in customer projects and translate this knowledge into an effective customer relationship.
- Learns and uses the MenaITech Professional Services Methodology to ensure consistent delivery of services
- Maintains a solid business relationship and communication with the customer.
- Participates and presents the company in internal/external exhibitions.
- Utilizes all available resources to stay updated and on the edge of technology.
- Attends necessary training courses/seminars.
