To perform presentation for the clients and do the needed demonstration on MenaITech H.R. software.
Follow up MenaITech H.R. software operation process and visit clients on regular basis to ensure their full understanding and satisfaction.
To train customers and business partners on MenaItech software and provide the required consultation and any software related service including technical support by responding to clients’ inquires regarding errors, problem, configuring, installation or questions with the implementation and Data Migration Process.
To prepare and develop the work plan procedures including all steps required for clients implementation process such as installation, training and follow up of MenaItech software.
Define all system installation requirements including the needed data, the logical processes, the required hardware, the operating environment and any interfaces with other systems.
Maintain and document customers’ profiles.
Prepare a weekly report regarding all operation activities to project Manager
Conduct Training session for both employees and clients regarding any new updates on the software.
Follow up customer’s software versions and provide version control after the completion of the operation process.
