MenaITech launches MenaTA time and employees’ management platform

AMMAN— MenaITech, the regional company specialized in building and deploying human resources applications, has recently launched an electronic system “MenaTA” that helps human resources companies and institutions manage their workforce, and track employees’ time and attendance in an easier, more efficient and affordable way.

MenaTA, which was developed by the company’s experts this year, is a user-friendly interface that reduces the time needed to process employees’ time and attendance.
The system also automatically calculates total worked hours including overtime, vacations, sick leaves and holidays.

With one click, all data related to employees can be displayed allowing for conducting reports on attendance and performance, according to MenaITech.

By launching this product, the company adds a new invention to its list of innovative 10 systems that include the systems for HR management, HR and payroll, managers and staff service, employees’ evaluation, the statistical analysis and mobile alert in addition to other different programmes and systems.

MenaTA is a web based and real time central management system that help users capture data from branches and analyze the data in one central portal to avoid data duplication or failure synchronization.

Built in workflows for approval cycle, MenaTA helps managers approve or decline their employee attendance and reduces the manual procedure and supports paperless environment.
The multi-shifts management of the system also helps users to define unlimited number of working shifts with different types (i.e. Fixed, Split, Regular and Rotating shift types) according to business need and work environment.

MenaTA is also developed to be integrated with many types of machines; it can be magnetic stripe cards, biometrics (hand, fingerprint, or facial) and touch screens.

Commenting on this, Mr Bashar Hawamdeh, MenaITech CEO, said this product comes as part of the company’s strategy to develop programmes in the field of company’s management services and HR management, and seeks to increase effectiveness and productivity of employees, in addition to reducing paper work.

He stressed that the product was developed by the company’s programmes and technical experts, which distinguished the company’s products that are copy righted and contributed to expand the company’s network of clients over the past 10 years to include more than 1,000 job in Jordan and the region.
