MenaITech Conducts Client Training Sessions for MenaHR

Middle East & North Africa Internet Technologies (MenaITech) has recently finished conducting a training course for its local clients on its Human Resource Information Management System MenaHR® in Le Meridien Hotel as an added service to address and clarify any issues they were facing with the module.

Bashar Hawamdeh MenaITech CEO said, “We decided to conduct such sessions as part of our account management approach and in order to give our clients an opportunity to network with one another and share best practices on the system. We are planning to hold such sessions for other modules such as MenaPay® and MenaME® in the near future.”

The training course lasted for three days and was delivered by 3 of MenaITech’s senior HR Functional Consultants. The sessions included Talent Management, Appraisal Management and a general overview of MenaHR®’s most questioned functions.

The trainees were sent an online evaluation survey to fill out through MenaITech’s 360 Degree Evaluation Feedback module Mena360®, in order to assess their feedback on the trainers, content and general issues of the course for future MenaITech training sessions.

The clients who attended included Aramex, Arab Telemedia Services, Cairo Amman Bank, Flavors, iHorizons, International Cards Company, JomoGroup, King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau, National Food Company, Travel One, Sedco, Societe Generale Banque du Jordanie and Umniah. MenaITech’s business partners also attended including BEAT and NovoTek.
