MenaITech participates in Gitex for seventh consecutive year

To launch its new line-up of HR management applications, MenaITech, the regional company specialized in building and deploying human resources applications, has recently announced its participation in the annual Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (Gitex), slated to take place between October 14th -18th in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As a consistent participant for the 7th successive year, MenaITech will flex its innovation muscles at this year’s Gitex Technology Week, exhibiting and promoting the company’s latest products, services and solution offerings to increase its presence in the Middle East and North Africa region and help companies upgrade the efficiency of their human resources management.

In his comment, MenaITech’s CEO, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, said, “Gitex represents an ideal platform for us to launch our latest cutting-edge human capital management systems that are specially designed to help employees in the different sections of a company to interact with its human resources department via smartphones. We will also optimize the event to shed light on our latest projects in the region, including Isam K. Kabbani Group’s project in Saudi Arabia, and the project of DHL Company, part of Olayan Group, a private multinational enterprise made up of more than 50 companies and affiliated businesses in Saudi Arabia.”

From booth (B7-35) in the Jordanian pavilion, MenaITech will showcase a new collection of applications which includes: the cloud-based user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (MenaCRM) app that gives you a 360 degree view of your customers.

It can generate, manage and report opportunities and track results for each product. In addition, there is MenaTracks App, which is compatible with ITIL 2011 service management and is considered the first Arabic system to automatically track and address all problems, requests and complaints inside and outside the institution.

The company will also unveil its employee self services module, MenaME, as a smart phone application, through which employees can review their personal information such as salary slip and vacation balance, also apply for annual and sick leaves from their mobile phones and receive responses from the management without the need to access a laptop for such matters.

It is worth mentioning that the line-up of applications presented by the company is part of its new project MenaIP, which aims to provide talented people in the field of modern technology with the financial support and logistics services they need to develop their creative ideas and turn them into effective products.
