MenaITech, partners with LEAD Academy to boost human resources management training

AMMAN—As an illustration of its wide experience that stretches for more than ten years in the field of human resources management, MenaITech signed a cooperation agreement recently with Lead Academy to partner in offering a series of specialised courses on human resources management.

As part of the agreement, MenaITech will place the expertise of its staff specialised in the development of human resources management solutions and programmes at the disposal of LEAD Academy, thus helping it serve the local and Arab markets, whether individuals or institutions, when it comes to management of human resources.

The agreement was signed by Bashar Hawamdeh, CEO of MenaITech, which is the first software company in the Arab region specialized in the development and distribution of Human Resources solutions to top public and private companies of various countries operating in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as LEAD Academy CEO Muhannad Shahin.

The agreement, which illustrates the importance of importance of and partnerships between the private sector companies, will give a boost to courses provided by the LEAD Academy in the Arab markets on management of human resources, who represent the main pillar of operations of companies in the different economic arenas.

Commenting on the deal, Hawamdeh said it provides an opportunity for both sides to offer comprehensive and distinguished specialised courses in the field of human resources management.
Hawamdeh said the accumulating practical expertise and the copy-righted software and solutions by MenaITech in the field of human resources management and institutional management will positively affect Lead Academy’s training courses in the local and Arab markets.

Thanks to the company’s pioneering solutions in this regard, Hawamdeh noted that MenaITech was able to attract more than one thousand clients including mega companies in different economic sectors from the Arab world over the past ten years.

For his part, Muhannad Shahin, LEAD Academy CEO, said the agreement is of a great importance to the academy, which over the past 12 years provided several specialised courses in the field of human resources management.

MenaITech’s expertise and solutions will strengthen courses provided by the academy in fields of human resources management, management, leadership, marketing, finance, banking, engineering administration, projects management, health, public safety, oil, gas, electricity as well as courses for improvement of English skills, development of practical and personal skills.

Participants in these courses get certificates accredited by the Jordan University for Science and Technology and QUALIFI, which is a UK regulated awarding body offering learning and development solutions.
