Omrania and Associates Deploys MenaITech for Human Capital Management

Omranias Regional Offices Benefit from MenaITechs Software

Omrania & Associates (O&A), an architecture and engineering consulting firm has initiated deployment of the Middle East & North Africa Internet Technologies Human Resource Management System (MenaITech HRMS) to automate its human capital processes and build on enhancing the capacity of its manpower across its offices.

O&A is deploying MenaITech’s two core modules; its human resources information system MenaHR®, and its payroll and personnel system MenaPay®, which will both be utilized in the company’s KSA, Jordan and Bahrain offices.

O&A Chief Information Technology Officer Mr. Nafez Akhras said, “O&A has taken the strategic decision to implement an HRMS due to our focus on employee-related benefits, rights and career paths. The selection of the system came as part of our decision to automate such processes and facilitate strategic HR decisions in our firm. We are confident that the MenaITech product suite will be a catalyst in this process.”

Omrania & Associates is best known for its participation in the design and construction supervision of the iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, as well as receiving several regional and international awards, including the Aga Khan Award for participating in the Towaiq Palace project.

It is worthwhile mentioning that at the end of 2007, MenaITech was acquired by Optimiza (Al-Faris National Company/ ASE:CEBC), a regional technology solutions and business consulting services company. With this step, Optimiza has become the owner of a wide variety of integrated solutions and services that enhance the performance of companies in the different sectors it serves including the telecom, banking, insurance, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and government sectors.
