Who is this program designed for?
This program is designed for junior HR, fresh graduates, or anyone who wants to become familiar with and build a knowledgeable foundation of HRMS, HRM, payroll and personnel management, and MenaPAY®’s systems’ cycles.
Course Content
The program consists of 5 modules: Introduction to Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), Human Resources Management (HRM), Payroll and Personnel Management, Payroll and Personnel Management Systems, and the MenaPAY® system.

All sessions will be held online for the time being.
Who are we accredited by?
This course is MenaITech accredited. We are also recognized by SHRM® as a Recertification Provider. Members of these organizations are eligible to receive personal development credits (PDCs) upon completion of one of our programs.
Which certification is right for me?
The MPAY-CA® accreditation is aimed at junior HR, fresh graduates, or those looking to develop their practical skills in HR, and those who enroll do not need to have any prior knowledge in HRM.
The MPAY-CP® accreditation is aimed at those who have been in the HR field and wish to enhance their skills to drive individual growth and become HR professionals.
What certificates will I receive upon course completion?
Those who have completed the course’s required training hours will receive a certificate of attendance. In order to earn the certified MenaPAY® Associate Accreditation (MPAY-CA®), you need to take the MPAY-CA® exam.

What is the exam format and length?

  • Exam time: 3 hours
  • Number of questions: 90 questions
  • Languages: Arabic, English
  • Computer-based exam (online)
How long does my certification remain valid?
This accreditation remains valid for 2 years. In order to remain certified at the end of the two years, you will be assessed on the system updates that have occurred during those past two years.
