Zain and MenaITech sign a strategic partnership agreement

AMMAN— Zain Jordan signed a strategic partnership agreement with MenaITech to allow the first use of MenaITech human resources solutions through cloud computing technology.

The agreement signed by Zain Jordan Chief Executive Office Ahmad Hanandeh and MenaITech CEO Bashar Hawamdeh will also allow Zain subscribers, especially SMEs to benefit from MenaITech cloud products to
enhance work efficiency and reduce cost.

Services that will be offered to SMEs include “Kafaa” service for human resources management that is operated through the cloud computing technology to benefit clients to the utmost around the clock. This service will enable the human resources employees to manage data related to the employees, calculate salaries and manage development, training, evaluation, recruitment, planning and career replacement.

It will also contribute to the direct interaction of employees with the human resources department through providing inquiries related to their leaves and reviewing their salary slip among other certain services related to employees’.

The agreement also stipulates launching several services that include electronic tracking to follow up on customers and employees affairs, in addition to services specialised in the management of customer relations, electronic archiving that facilitates classifying documents, obtaining them at any time, protecting them from damage and loss and reducing cost.

Commenting on this agreement, Hanandeh said “signing this agreement is part of our keenness to provide services with added value to our subscribers from all categories, whether individuals or corporates, in addition to our keenness to keep up with everything new and advanced in the field of telecom technologies and business solutions”.

This, he added “prompts us to provide all advanced solutions that contribute to improving the level of services provided by Zain. Thus, we had this partnership with MenaITech”.

For his part, Hawamdeh stressed the importance of this agreement with Zain Jordan as a telecom company, noting that providing MenaITech cloud computing solutions through Zain infrastructure is of great importance. He added that utilising technology to serve the various business sectors depends on integration in the companies’ work.
